How does payment work?
Place your order and we email you payment details. As soon as payment is confirmed your stream key is issued and the plan starts counting, so you never lose paid time while waiting. Prices include VAT, and nothing renews automatically.
Which encoders can I use?
Anything that outputs RTMP: OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast, Streamlabs, Larix Broadcaster, FFmpeg and most hardware encoders. Choose "Custom" as the service and paste the server and key.
What quality can I stream?
Up to 1080p at 60 frames per second. For smooth playback keep your video bitrate at or below 6 Mbps, using H.264 video and AAC audio.
Can I put the stream on my website?
Yes. Every stream comes with an iframe embed code and a direct HLS link. The player includes a LIVE badge and fullscreen, and remembers each viewer's volume.
How much delay is there?
In the web player and the HLS link (what your audience watches), viewers are usually 6 to 10 seconds behind real time, which keeps playback smooth on every device. If you need it faster, every plan also includes an SRT output: pull it into vMix, OBS, VLC or a hardware decoder and the delay drops to under one second.
Can I use SRT instead of RTMP?
Yes. Every stream gets an encrypted SRT send address alongside the RTMP one, which copes much better with packet loss on mobile or venue internet. Use H.264 video with AAC audio. The SRT receive address accepts one receiver at a time.
What happens when my booking ends?
The ingest stops automatically and the stream shows as expired in your dashboard. Nothing renews on its own: order again whenever you need another day or month.
